Private bedroom available in a two-bedroom home near The Village in Boise. No pets allowed, unfortunately. The outside of the house has a bit of wear, but it’s actively being improved — I’m working on the lawn, and the landlord plans to paint the exterior and do some roof work soon. Inside, the space is clean, quiet, and inviting — a low-drama, comfortable home.

The room is about square feet with two small windows and a sliding-door closet. It’s unfurnished and move-in ready. You’d be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer, and yes — there’s a working chrome pole in the living room (just fun to have). The fireplace is decorative only. The backyard is spacious and open, with a fire pit and side gate access from the parking area. There’s also a covered parking spot included, plus plenty of street parking.

Rent is
$ per month plus shared utilities (electric and internet). The room is available now. I’m open to month-to-month or longer-term arrangements, but looking for someone dependable who wants to stay at least a few months. We’ll likely need to set up a new internet plan together since the last roommate had it in their name.
