Roommate for house with pets

Hi, my name is Andrew. I am a -year old event engineering professional. Just sold my house in San Antonio last year and moving out of my temporary apartment before end of July.

Currently looking at homes in the Glendale area or Mesa area and about to sign a lease on a house with pool, yard, etc. Looking to see if any roommates work out to help offset the costs of the house. Work is about to ten day a month travel, otherwise I am quiet to myself at home but like to get along with roommates at least.

I have most furnishings for kitchen, home gym, office, etc covered.

I do have a cat and medium dog that are sweet as can be but would want to intro and meet any pets first.
