4th Private bedroom is apartment size, mother in law suite. All private and room is upstairs wirh private full bath and large closet. Only bedroom up stairs! $. Electric bill will be additional because room has its own unit for AC controller.

We are near N.A.S JAX and shopping stores. One month advance deposit of your rent. Must have clean background. No drugs, no parties. No pets. You will pay for your own background check $. Must have a full time job, and be able to afford your rent. The house is only a year old. Photos are new construction photos. Owners living in home. House is on a culdesac and street parking is nice and open. The home is about bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. so again, you would have private bedroom and private full bathroom.
