Amenities included: terrace, deck, dishwasher, laminate floors, stainless steel appliance, gas stovetop, two ovens, 2 guest bathrooms, storage, laundry room, and yard. No utilities included. We would split the utilities and common items (e.g., toilet paper, water, electricity, internet, gas) monthly, which is usually $ per month.
