Looking for a roommate- July 1st!

**Ideal roommate:
Someone AFAB, queer, and in their 's. Has a car. I don't care if your room is messy, but I need someone who can keep common areas clean, specifically when guests are coming over. Other than that, just be kind. Must be okay with the fact that I drunk alcohol (I'm not an angry drunk, I just drink casually after work and like to hang out at gay bars on my days off).

**The room:

I have a window A/C unit in the kitchen; it cools the apartment pretty well. You may only bring one pet, as I have a dog and the landlord only allows two pets per apartment. There’s a gas station right around the corner, though everything in there is expensive. Room dimensions are in the pictures. Pictures are from the apartment complex ; my living room has tile, not carpet, same with the hallway. Both bedrooms have carpet.

Lease ends in March .

Room is listed available on July 1st, as that’s when my roommate will be moving out. Furniture from her room will be removed before you move in.

Rent for you will be $, but it’ll be $ if you have a pet because of my apartment’s pet rent. Utilities never cost more than $/mo (about $ each).
