Hi everyone, I'm looking for a girl roommate for the apartment I live in.

You have your own bedroom and your own bathroom.

In the pictures you see a room with glass - that is the bedroom. And it is not a Den - the Den is separate, it is a bedroom (floor plan from the condo is attached). The doors are completely closed and the glass looks towards the balcony, which gives a lot of daylight (my rummate just hung curtains there).

It is possible to live with cats BUT NOTE that there is already a cat living in the apartment (mine) and as practice shows it is hard to combine animals together.

Unit Description:
This is a 2 bedroom condo, where a roommate is needed for one bedroom and the use of the main bathroom (starting September 1). The unit has a den and space to be shared. Utilities and internet will also be shared between the roommates. Unit has a good layout with modern finishes -- washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave are included in the unit, along with individual heating/cooling per unit. 

It is a 2 min drive to DVP and in a highly walkable, vibrant neighbourhood with great access to restaurants, transit, Financial District and Distillery District. Condo has a common Working Space on the 4th Floor and a wide list of amenities from Outdoor Pool, Steam Rooms, Yoga Cardio Room, Fitness Exercise Studio, Meeting Room, Party Lounge, Community Garden On thFloor, Outdoor Grills.
