Hi! My name is Simone and I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in a shared double room. It’s a bath downstairs apartment s on Oceanside DP! The address is Del Playa, Unit #2.

This is a girls-only lease takeover from June – June . Rent is $/month.

You’d be living with 5 super sweet and organized incoming second-years at UCSB. The house is clean, spacious, and in a prime location right on Del Playa on oceanside. You’ll share a room with one roommate — she’s friendly and easy to live with!
