You must either work full time out of the house During the day, or go to school full time outside the house. No Midnight shifts. It's too stressful for anybody else to keep things quiet during the day.

MUST LOVE DOGS! I work for Rover and babysit dogs at a time, as well as 2 of my own. That's why I can't allow any more pets in the house.

Centerpoint Medical Center: minutes.

St. Lukes East: - minutes at 8 AM.

Lee's Summit Medical Center: - minutes at 8 AM.

Saint Luke's Hospital Of Kansas City: - minutes at 8 AM

Research Hospital: - minutes at 8 AM.

University Health Truman Medical Center: - minutes at 8 AM

North Kansas City Hospital: - minutes at 8 AM

This room is not for anyone that has trouble with using stairs. This is a lovely neighborhood. Above ground pool is open June though mid September. The totally remodeled first floor family room has a giant tv w/cable and is a super room to study or relax. You would have it to yourself % of the time. The upstairs family room also has a giant tv with cable, and that's where I relax. Anyone can join me in there as well, but I control the remote in there when I'm home (teehee). Shared bath. Fast Wifi included. There is also a big laundry room with a great large capacity washer and dryer. Tide and Downy are included! The back of the house has a HUGE multi-level deck for outside relaxation. There are also security cams around the perimeter of the house.
