Guest Bedrm/bathrm for rent

Hi 👋 😊 thinking about renting out the guest room i have in my home.
Upstairs is my husband , me and my children. And downstairs is the guest bedroom with its own bathroom. Laundry room shared of course as well as living room and kitchen. I do have another fridge thats empty renter can use. so thats included as well.
If you have children or not it’s fine but since it is just 1 bedroom, not so big. I’d advise no more than 4 people. You need to have a job. No pets. My husband works full time. The rent will have everything included. Wifi + utilities. The room already has a queen bed in it. $ deposit. Which you will get back when you decide to move out (deposit). Located in Dinuba California.
