Hi! My name is Priscilla and I’m looking for someone to take my room before the next lease begins, starting July 1st. It’s a single bedroom in a bath, has an in unit washer/dryer and two lovely roommates who are both very creative, responsible, neat, and incredibly kind. It’s a 3min walk to the J/M and a min walk to the Jefferson and Morgan L train. The apartment is apart of a duplex where the landlord lives in their private unit next door. The place is pet-friendly, close to 3 different grocery stores and a 5 minute walk to so many bars, restaurants, and nightclubs! We are also a minute ride to Manhattan. The bedroom has a skylight and a decently sized closet, and there is a cat living there until August with the other roommate FYI, the sweetest cat alive. Please message me if interested!!
