Each room is thoughtfully designed for single occupancy only — you’ll enjoy your own private, locked bedroom equipped with a mini refrigerator, closet, and digital lock access.

💰 Weekly Membership: $/week
All-inclusive living! No surprises. Rent includes:
✔️ Heat, electricity, water
✔️ High-speed WiFi for TV or phone use
✔️ Professional deep cleaning of common areas twice monthly
✔️ Off-street parking with digital camera surveillance
✔️ Shared access to fully equipped kitchen, large fridge, bathroom, and living room

🗓️ Simple Payment Terms:

$ per week (due every Sunday)
$ refundable security deposit (two weeks)

No smoking or vaping inside (strictly enforced)
