Room Available in First Hill

Looking to fill a room in First Hill area. House is currently occupied by 3 roommates, all male and mid-s including myself. One lives upstairs and the other one is likely going to move out soon. There are three bedrooms downstairs and one bathroom along with the living room and kitchen. Upstairs is it's own unit with it's own bathroom. The neighborhood is really nice and there's a big backyard. There are also two cats so you must be cool with pets (also open to additional pets if they get along well).

We're looking for someone in our age group () and generally someone who's easy to get along with and responsible.

Rent is /month including utilities. You can do a year lease with the option to sublease your room to someone if you want to move out before then. Send me some info about yourself as well as when you're expecting to move.
