Looking for a female roommate

Hi everyone!
I’m excited to be starting the CTF Nursing Program this Fall and I’m currently under the process of singing a lease, and looking for a female roommate to share a -bathroom unit with me.

The apartment is located at Masonville Yards and is managed by Craft Property Group. I’ve already been in contact with the leasing manager, and the unit is being offered at $/month, which comes to $ per person. Wi-Fi and utilities are an additional $ (approx) , bringing the total to about $/month per person.Since this is not a sublease, the rent price is set and non-negotiable.

I’ve previously rented from Craft Property Group in Waterloo and had a great experience, their units are clean, well-maintained, come with in-suite laundry, and offer great privacy. I’m happy to see they also have properties in London!
