The house isnt empty. These are pictures of another home in the same community. It's mirrored, and a scosche less 's-y, but otherwise like you see. The home is chaotic with moving; pictures wouldn't do justice. Come look in person, instead.

Hi. I'm Dee. I just learned I have 2 weeks to find a roommate, I've never do this, bear with me.

My home is partially furnished; the bedroom is empty but I should have what's essential. The townhouse is sq ft, bath. Off Street parking. Lawn service. A short walk from the grocery store, commercial District, and library. It has the best maintenance staff around.

You'd have what i think is a rather decent sized room with a closet, and the upstairs bathroom. We have to share the bathtub, but the rest is all you. Toilet, sink, cabinet, linen closet, and medicine cabinet.

I have a 5 year old daughter. She would be with me during the day until about , and one day during the weekend. She's really my only guest.

I work after 5. I come home mid-night, but I shouldn't wake you.

No more than 2 guests at a time. Sound curfew at 9 p.m. We'd share utility costs.

I'm pretty open, but I respect others' privacy. Let's be friends, or strangers, or whatever you like.
