New Listing--Need to Sublease Room

Hi, my name is Cassie. I am looking for a female college student to take over my lease.

I recently graduated from SDSU and the location of my job isn't set in stone, hence changes with my living arrangements.

I live at the apartments, in a semi-private room in the section near the bathroom, no direct window. Please see the for a visual (If you click Floor Plans its the BA--Semi Private--, room D1)

If you would like photos I am happy to send them, I am just not currently at the apartment so I have to arrange getting them.

There are 5 other girls in the apartment who go to SDSU. Four are going into their senior year, one is going into their junior year. We have been friends and all of them are Christians. They are kind, neat, and communicate well.

The price includes all utilities and comes with a parking permit, which is a parking spot that is set in stone that you have access to. The price is lower than is currently listing, as they recently raised their prices. also has a shuttle service to SDSU, which comes in handy and typically runs weekdays from pm.

I would be able to give over the lease after August 6th, preferably around the th but we can discuss details. The lease ends July .

This would be perfect for someone transferring to SDSU.
