Looking for a fourth roommate!!

Room for rent in Lemon Grove. Move in July + water/electric/trash (see bottom).

Hey everyone! My roommates and I are looking for a fourth female roommate to renew our bath house for another year, preferably in their ’s! Our roommate just let us know she is moving out and our current lease ends the end of June so we’d like to sign the new lease asap. It would be for another months (subletting is allowed if necessary).
The house is up the street from the Lemon Grove In n Out, right by the /MLK freeway and College Grove shopping center.

The room is ’ and is upstairs, shares a (super big) bathroom with Josie. The room has super cute wallpaper for an accent wall and a deep closet.

The kitchen is super nice with pretty new appliances + in unit washer+dryer and the house has AC/heat. There is a back porch and backyard but we haven’t done much to it. We have plenty of parking — we share a mini lot in front of the house with the downstairs 1 bedroom and the new unit going up next to us, plus street parking if preferred.

We do have 3 cats already so pet friendly is a must but no more animals please! They do have access to the full house so if you want them to stay out of your room like some roommates have you are obviously welcome to keep your bedroom shut :) Costs:
Rent - $
Water - $ each per month
Trash - $/month each, we are billed every 3 months
Electric - varies by usage per time of year so it can range from super low at around $/
