Looking for a Rental Home – Reliable Tenant with Social Guarantee

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Nael Almadhoun , and my wife and I recently arrived in Belgium from Gaza in search of safety and stability. We have been granted a -year residence permit and are currently seeking a place to call home.

We are urgently looking to rent a home that accepts social guarantee (CPAS/OCMW). I am fully prepared to pay a deposit as well as four months’ rent in advance. Although we are new here, we are financially stable and committed to fulfilling all rental obligations on time, every month, without fail.
