Hey everyone! I’m moving to Atlanta for work (near One Ravinia – Perimeter area), and I’m currently looking for:
1️⃣ An apartment in Dunwoody / Sandy Springs / Perimeter (open to anywhere up north – just not downtown or near GSU, mainly for safety reasons)
2️⃣ A roommate to split rent with! 💸

About me:
I’m moving to ATL without knowing anyone, so I’d love to not just share a space but also have a chill friendship with whoever I live with. I’m super friendly, talkative, and easygoing — I’d love to explore the city together, try food spots, or just hang out when we’re both free!

What I’m looking for:

Budget: ~$ max (ideally lower with a roommate)

Clean, respectful living vibes — I keep shared spaces neat and would expect the same

Someone who communicates openly about the apartment and respects boundaries

A non-smoker (I don’t smoke), but I’m fine if you drink

Friends over occasionally is totally okay — just not every night

Would prefer to live with someone in their s who’s also chill and looking for a peaceful home
