I am moving back to Michigan so I can no longer live here, though it is a great place to live for off campus housing, I never had any problems.

Village of Meadowview lease re-assignment for the year (starting August to July ).

Female Roommate occupies Bedroom and Bathroom A (student at App State)
She has 1 friendly medium sized dog, also friendly to other animals.

Parking included in rent

Full kitchen
AppalCART stop on property (runs directly to campus everyday)
AC in Unit
High speed Internet
hr emergency maintenance
Tours available via contacting the leasing office
hr fitness center and other community amenities
Second floor (ground level from parking) unit

Lightly used couch, tv stand, coffee table, and dining table included for free

This is a lease takeover. The leasing office fully transfers the current lease over to the new assignee.
