Hello! My name is Chloé, and I’m looking for a clean, respectful female roommate to move in July 1st to my cozy two-bedroom apartment in Astoria/Long Island City, Queens. The room shown with the Dbl bed is the room being rented.

The apartment is just a few blocks from the N/W at the th Ave stop or a 4-minute walk to Steinway. It’s a safe, quiet, and community-oriented neighborhood with lots of grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Laundry is just a block away.
Your room does not have a built-in closet, but it fits a standing wardrobe comfortably (I use one myself!). Utilities—gas, electric, and internet—average about $/month depending on usage.
About Me: I’m a creative professional who’s lived here for 5 years. I’m spiritual, enjoy reading, meditating, cooking, working out, and spending time with friends. I’m grounded, easygoing, and value a peaceful home.
I’m looking for a female roommate who works full-time outside the home or is in grad school, who is very clean, doesn’t smoke or bring guests over frequently, and prefers a calm, respectful living environment. No parties, no overnight guests. Good communication, mutual respect, and shared cleanliness are important to me.
