bath year lease!

Hi! Me and my three roommates are looking for people to take over our upcoming leases at the standard! It is a fully furnished bath apartment for $ per month. It is also right across from campus. It is about a four minute drive or minute walk from the standard to campus. Move in is August nd and it is a full year lease. You are able to sublet the apartment once it reaces summer if you are not looking to stay for a full year. Please let me know if you are interested :)
