I'm currently looking to lease a room in a 4-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment within The Monroe apartment complex. This listing is contracted until the end of July , and I'm looking to lease as soon as possible. Before utilities, my current rent is $/month, but starting this August, it will increase to $/month. There is currently one other roommate actively living there and two more will arrive in August.

This listing also comes with a pool, a local gym, furniture, a clubhouse, air conditioning, and wifi.
