Great central location: By Semoran ave, minutes to downtown Orlando, minutes to UCF, and minutes to the airport. The price is $ a month. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. You will sign a year lease and pay the Home Owner Association $ for a background check.

No partiers, no friendly, no felonies, not heavy alcohol drinker, no pets, no drama, no surprises. A single person only.

We have MANY amenities in our community : you will have access to a gym, restaurant, bar, a VIP -hole golf course, a big lake, BBQ places, library, basketball and tennis courts, several swimming pools, a clubhouse, a free golf driving range, a place to wash your car, VIP gated community, physical security etc, etc, but most important a lot of serenity.
