Roomate Needed: Bath

Description

I have 1 room opening up in my cozy bath Brighton apartment. My current roommate is relocating for work!

💰 $/month (includes $ rent + utilities; the range depends on the season — utilities are about $/month in summer and $/month in winter)

🧺 In-unit washer and dryer
📅 Move-in: September 1 (September – September )
🚗 Free street parking
🐕🐈 Room for another small pet
✨ Large den and office space
🔥 Backyard with firepit, grill, and patio furniture
🏡 1st-floor duplex with storage space and additional storage in the basement

A little about me:
✨ Madison () — I work in research at a local hospital and have a full-time job, so weeknights are usually pretty quiet for me. I’m social and like to have a few gatherings each year, and my girlfriend comes over a few times a week.

I have a small dog who is shy and will spend most of her time in my room, especially in the beginning while she’s warming up to new people.
We live in a duplex on the first floor with a great backyard — perfect for summer nights around the firepit!

Non-negotiables:
✅ Looking for clean, pet-friendly working professionals or graduate students (no regular smokers, sorry!)
✅ The common space is mostly furnished (currently just looking for a couch) — you’ll be furnishing your bedroom.
