Looking for a respectful, kind, and pet-friendly roommate to share my 2BR apartment in Sherman Oaks. I’m a creative professional (film/photo/brand content) in my s currently job hunting, living with my very sweet Australian Shepherd and a mellow cat. The available room is currently my office but will be cleared, deep-cleaned, and ready for you by July or August 1.

The apartment is spacious, quiet, and tucked in a great part of Sherman Oaks. You’d have your own private bedroom and share the bathroom with me. Rent is $/month, utilities split. Street parking is easy, laundry on-, and there’s A/C.

I’m -friendly, vaccinated, and clean but not uptight. Looking for someone stable, considerate, and ideally creative or adjacent — bonus points if you’re into film, art, or good conversation. LGBTQ+ friendly. Not a party house. Let’s make it a sanctuary, not just a crash pad.
