Hey everyone! My name is Lawrence and I am looking for a male or female roommate asap to renew my lease with for our Bath sq. ft top floor apartment at Oberlin Court Apartments located in Northwest Raleigh. The location is fantastic. We're less than a minute down the road from Village District and 5 minutes from Glenwood South. The rent would be $ with a free parking garage (not including utilities). The beginning of August would be the approximate move-in period.

Here's a little bit about me.. I graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management 2 years ago and have been working as a Business Analyst at a tech company in RTP. I'm career focused, like to work out consistently and stay active - definitely an outdoors person.
I played travel soccer and did track/cross country when I was growing up, now I mainly go to the gym, go on runs, and hope to pick up some more hobbies. I'm pretty easygoing about most things and only drink on occasion. I would prefer someone who is flexible with climate settings and helps keep the apartment clean. I generally prefer it to be cooler (~F) in the night and warmer (~
F) in the day.

I like to travel, hang out with friends, and go to social/sports events. I work hybrid commuting to the office about days a week. I am open to finding a different apartment closer to RTP as well, just let me know what you prefer!
