Stunning sunny flat needs roommates

Hi folks, I'm looking for a couple of awesome people to fill the open rooms in my flat!

Both rooms are priced the same at (this includes everything but electrical), and have central ac/heating. The flat ( bath) is a really lovely, freshly renovated home, with some really cool accents like a fireplace and big bay windows. It's got in unit washer/dryer, lots of storage, a sunny back patio, and one extra included parking spot! The move in date is flexible starting in July.

Unless you've got a registered ESA, the landlords are not currently open to people having pets - but they do have a super sweet orange cat who lives downstairs if you're craving some cuddles! Ideally you'd be LGBTQ friendly, clean, and communicative - and a bonus if you're into puzzles! We don't have to be friends if you prefer to keep your space private, but I'm always open to a craft and tv binge night 😊

I'm in my late s, and when I'm not working or applying for my master's in education, I'll probably be crafting, painting, sewing or hosting a game night for my book club (all are welcome)! I personally don't drink or partake in activities, but am fine with my roommates doing so mindfully.
