Listing includes parking in a garage, a large backyard/patio, and price INCLUDES UTILITIES. Washer & dryer also on the premise. Landlord will want to add you to the leasing contract, likely through around May, and then if you stay past that, you would be resigning for another year. I have no strict needs in terms of move-in date, but the sooner the better so I can quit my part time gig finally 😭 🙏
