Room for rent in Oldtown Scottsdale

I am looking for a roommate to rent out the spare room in my townhouse located in the middle of old town Scottsdale. Walking distance from Fashion Square, nightlife, bars and restaurants. Looking for a roommate ether short term or long term since my lease is up in June of next year. I do have a cat so Roommate needs to be cat friendly. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! I'm asking 1K but rent and utilities comes out to around 2K so we would split that half and half. Couples are also welcome because then we would split rent 3 ways. Other than that I'm a pretty chill dude, usually keep to myself or am out working.
