bathroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and comes with a parking space. The master bedroom is available for my new roommate, unfurnished, offering a private space to decorate as you wish. (The room is able to fit a King bed and still have plenty of space for
more *see picture*) The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Heat and water are included in the rent. We will need to split the costs for utilities such as gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and apartment insurance. I also would like us both to sign the new lease starting September 1st.

Located next door to a beautiful park and conveniently close to Old Orchard Mall, HomeGoods, Jewel, Aldi, Ignite Gaming and many other popular spots! We are also right next to the Yellow line for commuting. You’ll have everything you need right at your fingertips.

Yeah, it’s a bit of a landlord special, but it’s home, lol. Also you’ll have 1 extra furry roommate named Casey! He’s a lbs doxie-poo!
