I am a year old male, business professional, that lives with my dog in a three bedroom townhouse in the North Wilmington Area. I am renting out one of the rooms and looking for a likeminded, CLEAN individual. Unfortunately, no pets because I have a dog already, but you will love her if you love dogs. I am an easy person to get along with, and as long as you hold up your end of the bargain (pay rent, be clean), you won’t have any issues with me.
