Hi everyone!

Looking for a roommate for our B apartment in the Upper West side.

THE APARTMENT: We have a large living room with a kitchen. We’re redoing our art collection so ignore the empty walls. We like to keep things clean, the dishes done and a good space for living/working. We have a piano that we use for occasional jazz shows at the house (though this has been less frequent recently).

There are two bathrooms, full. The kitchen has all your normal amenities minus a microwave (but if this is make or break, we could be open).

THE ROOM: The room has a closet and comes with a very nice full-sized bed frame. It has a window and AC unit if wanted.

LOCATION: The apartment is located on the corner of th and Manhattan Ave. It’s on the fourth floor. We’re a block away from the B & C lines. We’re also one block away from Central Park. We’re right around the corner from Columbia with two citibike stations within two blocks. There’s a deli across the street and a deli a three blocks away. We’re surrounded by cafes and lots of spots to eat/drink on Amsterdam just two blocks away.
