Private room in shared house with three roommates (). Not far from Round Valley Resevoir, just off , our home is in a quiet suburb surrounded by beautiful, natural views while still conveniently close to the highway. Within walking distance is a small park, a cafe, and a post office. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and we share the responsibility of mowing the lawn, weedwhacking, and shovelling snow. We also like to grow produce in our garden. For a single renter, the room is $/month plus utilities. For a couple, it's $/month plus utilities. Garbage is once a week and recycling is every-other week. We have three cats. We would rather not introduce any other cats or dogs right now, but small pets are welcome. We enjoy hosting company every now and then, but we are introverted so it's typically quiet and private. Historic house with character.
