-Private downstairs living area with a couch, TV, minifridge, microwave, and extra storage—perfect for lounging, working, or winding down
-Lush garden out back with beautiful blue water views lemon trees & small fountain

-Washer & dryer in unit
-Driveway parking space negotiable

Easy access to Highways
Close to public transit: T rail & , and bus lines

A sweet cat lives here (she keeps to herself on the upstairs floor). Sadly no other pets, please.

Rent & Details:
$month + ~$ for utilities

-Optional cleaning service if desired
-Security deposit: One month’s rent

We’re two young professionals in our late twenties:

(F) works in environmental advocacy and works from home
(M) works in marketing & retail downtown

We’re friends who enjoy our own space and generally keep the home laid-back, quiet, and clean. We like to cook, chill, and hit up things like Outside Lands—but keep the home calm and cozy, and mainly hang out in our own spaces.
