My boyfriend and I are looking for a friendly, responsible roommate to move into the extra bedroom and private bathroom in our modern townhouse. We’re both clean, easygoing, and work full-time during the week, so the house stays peaceful and relaxed.

You’ll have:

We’re located in a prime spot close to everything:

• minutes from Downtown Sarasota, UTC Mall, St. Pete and the beaches
