Available July 1st,a standard sized bedroom with a closet and two windows with a bathroom to share with my other tenant who is a professional,.
All utilities included. Lightly furnished with bed,dresser,chair,wall mount tv and nightstands. Floor is tile throughout the house. You will have access to all common living space including laundry use and perhaps scheduled kitchen access as it is a small space. Cable package is directTV streaming. Driveway has ample parking. You are allowed a small fridge in your room. Guest policy is anyone who stays over must not stay more than two consecutive nights in a week. Must respect all roommates privacy and not disrupt the peace. As the homeowner I strive hard to keep a peaceful happy family vibe going and expect any new tenant to actively support this goal. We are all adults here and I’ve been a landlord many years so I know what I want. In return I’ve been told I’m a very understanding and generous landlord and that my beautiful house is a joy to live in,especially the friendly neighbors and parks within. I cannot accept pets,smokers or proxy people asking on behalf of someone else for this room. Please be ready to communicate clearly who you are and what you are looking for and for how long. Please be CLEAN,respectful and reliable. Let’s start a new chapter and make things work well for everyone! Background checks will be mandatory so please be accommodating. Move in deposit is $ and rent monthly is $ due on the first or upon move in day,last month rent is also due upon move in. Rent paid later than the % fee.
