About Us: We visit our home in Vermont approximately 4x per year to see our daughter at UVM and want to rent the upstairs rooms if possible. (We stay in the downstairs bedroom when we come.) The upstairs has one bedroom with its own bathroom and the two in the hall share the hall bathroom. When we come to town, we do a Costco run to purchase supplies for the whole house to use to cover the cost of the water and electricity that we use for the visit. We pay for Trash, Internet and Snow Plowing.

About You: You would be responsible for your portion of the water, heat and electricity. You are fun, kind, loving, welcoming and responsible for the house when we are out of the state. You furnish your own bedroom. You would have run of the house. me at
