6 month lease in Erie!

Description

Looking for a working professional who is clean, friendly, considerate of sharing a space and is patient with my dogs that can (and will) bark. You have a solid rental history, stable income, good communication skills so if any issues do arise we can address and fix them, and we have personalities that mesh! Bonus if we build a friendship, but of course not a must!

Details of the space:
There are 3 bedrooms. Currently, I am in the two smaller rooms - One is my office and one my bedroom, with a bathroom in the hall. The main bedroom is quite large, has a walk in closet, and your own bathroom. I am totally flexible on if you want the two rooms or the one!
Other stuff:
-Stacked washer/dryer
-Dishwasher
-Downstairs level half bath
-Large kitchen and island
-2 car garage
-Fenced in -scapes front yard and patio

I am flexible on if you want to bring some of your own stuff or not, but for the most part, the space is fully furnished!

The area is extremely safe and walkable.

Rent is $/month per person + $/month per person for utilities (That’s a higher estimate) $
/month for internet

I typically have a house cleaner come once a month or so for a deeper clean and to manage to dog hair, which we could discuss dependent if you want your space cleaned as well.
