My name is Ianis Iencsi. I am from Romania and will begin my master’s programme in Architecture at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the upcoming academic year. My younger brother, Eric, is currently a first-year Computer Science student at TU Delft. We are searching for accommodation together, preferably a two-bedroom unit.

Our parents will act as guarantors. Our mother is the Financial Manager at Deutsche Schule Bucharest, and our father—a former Rapid Bucharest football player who represented the Romanian national team—is now a professional football coach. They will cover the rent, ensuring financial stability and secure income.

We are a responsible and well-organized family: we do not own pets, smoke, or consume alcohol or drugs. Our main focus is on our academic pursuits, and we take great care to maintain a clean, orderly, and respectful living environment.
