Yard! Washer/Dryer! Private Bath!

Looking for a great roommate to share this awesome duplex apartment with me - there’s a private yard great for gatherings or reading outside (would love someone who’d want to get into gardening together) as well as a washer dryer and private bathtub bathroom. The setup I have in mind is that the roommate and I will share the kitchen/dining area on the first floor, and then also have a large bedroom to use as a studio room, and I will live in the space upstairs. I have two cats that I can keep separate due to a door separating the floors. Looking for someone that can sign the lease with me for July 1 move-in!
