Hi all! I'm a year old female international student looking for a replacement student tenant in an ensuite room in the Portsburgh Court cluster flat, Edinburgh. See some of the details;

1. Move-in date of 6 September ; Move out date of ( weeks tenancy)
2. The accommodation is very centrally located, a -minute walk from the University of Edinburgh's main campus.
3. All bills are included in the rental amount of GBP per week.
4. The common area of the building hasa rustic aesthetic, and has a snooker/pool and a table tennis table. It also hosts a gym, and contents insurance is included as part of your rent.
5. The cluster flat has a communal kitchen and shared living space with up to 5 en-suite rooms per flat.
6. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and basin, and the room has basic furnishings like a chair, underbed storage, a wardrobe, personal study space with a desk and chair.
7. A deposit of GBP is applicable.
