I’m currently renting out a room.
Rent is weekly and the price is negotiable
Shared kitchen and lounge area
Kitchen has most things you’ll need expect a dishwasher.
Lounge area has decent sized couch and a tv to watch!!
Spare room currently has no bed or anything in it.
You’ll have your own bathroom, bath and shower!
Shared laundry
Plenty of outside parking space but no garage use
