HOUSEMATE WANTED – CRANBOURNE SOUTH

Hi! I’m Liv — , single, and tragically abandoned by my current housemate/bestie who fell in love and is moving out (disgusting, honestly). So now I need a new legend to fill the void.

The House:
-Brand new modern townhouse ( build — I was the first one in!)
-Located in a quiet, friendly Cranbourne South neighbourhood near parks, a walking track, shopping centres, and public transport — You get serenity and convenience.
-Two spare bedrooms + main bathroom (your own — mine has an ensuite)
-Shared spaces fully furnished, plus washer, dryer, and a fully kitted-out study for WFH or uni

Options:
-Ideal for one person (who wants a spare room/office, gaming cave, spare private lounge) or a couple/two friends
-Bedrooms fit queen beds comfortably (king could work too)
-Open to pets — my dog lives here, and we’re happy to meet yours if they’re friendly!

A Bit About Me:
-I work in emergency healthcare, but multiple jobs, one of which is 4pm–midnight on a -off roster, another is 3 days per week and the other is an on-call basis.
-Chill, clean, love a good yap, but also respect space, which the house is very good for due to how it’s layed out.
-Quiet during sleep hours, fun during waking hours, and always down for a debrief and a laugh.

Rent:
-One person: $/month + bills
-Couple/two people: $/month + bills
(Off-street parking included; driveway parking available when I’m at work)
