Private room in 2 bedroom house

Hi my name is Hannah, I’m , a physical therapist, and have a room opening up in my bathroom spacious house.

It is pet friendly and currently in the house are two cats, Carl (orange guy) and Winston (black boi) who are bonded and the best of buds.

The home comes with two main living room areas so it is super spacious, outside patio with propane grill, and two car garage with additional storage space! It’s a truly great spot right by Broadway and Hampden to get anywhere you need to go. My hobbies include climbing, hiking/running, camping, and watching New Girl so looking for someone with similar hobbies.

Single bedroom is available Sept 1st, just putting out feelers early, with a shared bathroom. I’m a morning person so looking for someone courteous of noise at late hours, tidy, and okay to live with cats!
