Duplex-Up /room

Description

Hello!! Some friends and I are potentially looking
for sublessees to take over the remaining year of
a two year lease. It's a duplex-up B in Pilsen
(two whole floors!) with central air and in-unit
laundry, and at the moment one of the rooms is
tentatively spoken for. The main bedroom is
actually still available, though, and that one has
some sick bay windows!

The total rent is only $/month, and there's
even a shared backyard with a fire pit as well as a
garage spot that's an extra $/month. The
apartment is also right off the Western Pink Line
stop and the bus, and the landlord lives in the
garden unit below the duplex (he's a really chill
guy!). Gas and power combined are about $/
month depending on your usage, and internet in
the area tends to be around $/month.

Move-in timeframe is definitely flexible, but we'd
probably be looking at the beginning of July at the
