Hi! My offer is a little unique. If you’re looking for your own space, I have a bath at Camden Huntingdon near St. David’s North Austin Medical Center. Located on Metric Blvd. I live somewhere else now but my apartments don’t allow subletting. So you will be added as a roommate. I’m Willing to negotiate price, I could pay for utilities and a portion of rent because I still use amenities such as gym, pool, dog park for fun.
