I’m looking for a roommate (no children, please) to share my spacious .5-bath townhome (Hampton Manor and Townhome) in a quiet, welcoming community. The home has a backyard, front yard, fireplace, and free parking. The complex includes a small gym, pool, dog washing station, and parking passes. It’s conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and near Towson university ( minutes).

The available room (unfurnished) is ready August 1—possibly as early as July (please DM for inquiries). You’ll have access to a shared office (including closet storage) and an additional storage closet in another building. The rest of the home is fully furnished.

I have two friendly dogs—Ollie (lb Maltipoo) and Cocoa (lb Standard Poodle). I keep a clean, relaxed home and am looking for someone who values a tidy and comfortable living space. I’m easy to communicate with and open to figuring out what works best for both of us.
