Spare room in 2 bdr apartment

First two photo are currently of the spare room that is the office. All would be cleared if you decided to move in. Comes with its own sliding closet.
Apartment is roughly sq ft. I leased the 2 bedroom when i needed an office for remote work when i moved here to work as a financial analyst for Amazon. No longer use the office. You would have full equal access to the rest of the apartment (kitchen, living area, small back yard, bathroom). I do have a

dog but she is self sufficient with food and water and has a doggie door so should not make any extra work for you. Apartment comes with 2 parking spaces so parking is included. Also have a portable A/C unit for when the summer months start getting hot.
