Room at East rd

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my 1-year lease at East rd starting August th through July . It’s a 1 bedroom in a bath apartment. Rent is $/month, all inclusive (rent, utilities, and landlord liability).

As a thank you, we’re covering your first month’s rent and the application fee!
If you're interested, you would apply directly to East rd like any new resident — just let them know you're taking over our lease so we can cover the first month and fees.
