I am looking for a roommate to rent my place from Aug 2025- May 2026. I will be out of the country on maternity leave for that period. There is the opportunity to extend the roommate situation past that time, provided you are okay living with a young child. I have a 2-bedroom apartment, and I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom. There is also the potential that I may sublet my personal bedroom for the time I am away (any existing roommate would have a say in a 2nd person moving in)- I am still debating this. So, potentially, you may be the only one in the apartment. The place is set up great for remote work with a desk, 2nd screen, high-speed internet, etc. Feel free to reach out if you are interested.
